We took a cruise. It was me and my husband, my 2 children (then 12 and 10) and my parents (for whom this was the most adventurous trip they had ever taken). We took full advantage of everything we could do...bike riding in Anchorage, salmon fishing in Ketchikan, a helicopter ride and glacier landing and of course our favorite vacation activity....finding a local bar and hanging with the locals.
